“Lasting Power of Attorney”

Does anyone know of any grants or help with setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney. I'm on Income Support and DLA for mental health problems and live alone so an LPA is quite important but I've been quoted over £1,300 +VAT from Fisher Meredith here in South London. There's gotta be another way!!
