“HYPERTROPHIC CARDIO MYOPATHY”

What a long word! Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. I'm wanting to establish a support group specifically for African Caribbean Men and Women who either have any cardiac problems including palpitations or have the above condition. This condition is a silent killer - literally.
Very little is known about this condition and no one speaks of it.
Please let me know if you or any one else you know has this conditon and would like some support.
