Have your say in Lambeth’s Council Disability and Equality Scheme

Lambeth Council has just renewed their Equality and diversity project that was launched in May 2006 in help of developing the council’s Disability Equality Scheme. The team is particularly encouraging Lambeth residents to get in touch and give feedback or have their say in any services or issues they encounter in the different aspects of accessing and using local services. Suggestions on how people feel their needs are met, or not, are welcomed and needed, particularly as disabled people are the ones that can really know what works best for services tailored for them. This is a very needed opportunity for disabled residents to help shape the scheme. There will also be meetings which residents will be able to attend and get involved in, DASL will notify you when they take place.
